Product Delivery

 

All the parcels of Gadjetify will be delivered closed box means you have to receive the parcel by paying in advance at the time of delivery and check the product at the time of delivery and take it if you like it, if you don’t like it, there is no opportunity to return or take delivery. The job of delivery company is only to deliver, in case of almost all tech or gadget products, especially those products which are battery operated, they have to be tested properly first by charging for 3/6 hours, but the courier agent will definitely not wait for at least 2/3 hours to charge the device, also instant. 



Many may say 30 minutes charge and test it will not be possible because after charging it needs to be configured with the mobile also it may require different time and expertise which a courier man will not provide that support, so if there is any problem definitely contact me. After receiving the delivery of the product, you must take it home and do a full unboxing video. If something is missing in the package or wrong product is delivered, we have to send this video as proof and proper action will be taken after investigating. In case of wrong product delivery from our side, we will replace it at our own cost.



Return Policy

 

All the products with a warranty like 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc. including all the products if any fault of the product is proven within 7 days from the date of invoice, send it to us by Sundarban Courier or Pathao or Redex or E-Courier or Steadfast or any other courier which office Ask the delivery courier to deliver to the following address (do not send to SA Paribohon, they do not have office delivery service, so it may take an additional 3-7 days to go to their branch to collect the product, which will also take more time to provide a solution) –

 

Note: Before sending the product, it must be delivered with everything received well-boxed, and wrapped. The product box cannot be taped. If there is no box, it should be taped with newspaper paper and sent to the courier. Return requests will not be accepted if the product or box is damaged due to improper packing or if it is not in resalable condition.

How long does it take for delivery and returns?



We take up to 72 hours to process each order from our side but try to handover to the courier as quickly as possible. Delivery is usually within 1-3 days of handover by delivery couriers within Dhaka. In case of delivery outside Dhaka, delivery is done in 2-5 days.

 

In the case of returns, it may take 5-10 days from checking the product to find out the issue and providing a proper solution after it reaches us. After that handover will be done to the courier.
